Ingredients
6 OUNCES CORONA PREMIER BEER
Learn More- 2 ounce tequila
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce jalapeño simple syrup
- 6 ounces Corona Premier beer
Jalapeño Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 jalapeño peppers, sliced
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the water to a boil and add the sugar. Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the jalapeño slices to the pan. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from the heat and let the syrup steep for 20 minutes.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove the pepper slices.
- In a pint glass, combine the tequila, fruit juices, and jalapeño syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice (if desired) and top with beer.
